Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: During the inauguration ceremony, Mullah Mansoor emphasized that six check dams were constructed at a cost of 44 million Afghanis, aimed at enhancing water management and reducing soil erosion. Additionally, the Espand Sai Reservoir, with a capacity to store 100,000 cubic meters of water, was completed through a private investment of 27 million Afghanis, funded by a prominent national entrepreneur.
