Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Energy and Water, today (Tuesday, Sep 24), published a newsletter about the meeting of Piper Fland, the head of the German company Fland Energy Group, with Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, the acting head of the ministry.
According to the Ministry of Energy and Water, the head of the German company Fland Energy Group has expressed interest in investing in solar power generation projects in Afghanistan.
Acting Minister of Energy and Water welcomed the German company's interest in producing solar energy in Afghanistan and promised to cooperate in this field.
It should be mentioned that Afghanistan imports 80% of its electricity needs from neighboring countries, however, this imported electricity cannot meet the needs of the citizens.
