The World Food Organization distributed food to more than three thousand families in Bamyan
Officials of the Ministry of Rural Development and Rehabilitation of the Islamic Emirate say that the World Food Organization has distributed food to 3,250 needy families in Bamyan province.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Rural Development and Rehabilitation of the Islamic Emirate published a newsletter today (Monday, December 12) saying that 2,580 needy families in Waras district of Bamyan province will receive financial assistance from the World Food Organization WFP, technical cooperation institute (WMSSO) in coordination with the Department of Rural Rehabilitation and Development of that province, food was distributed.

The ministry added that these materials include (100) kilos of flour, (10) liters of oil, (12.5) kilos and a package of baby food.

According to the Ministry's newsletter, food was distributed to 670 needy families in Yake Velang district of Bamyan province with the financial assistance of the World Food Organization (WFP), technical cooperation institute (WMSSO) and the coordination of the Department of Rural Rehabilitation and Development of that province.

To this ministry, these materials include (50) kilos of flour, (5) liters of oil, (6.5) kilos and a package of baby food.

It should be mentioned that with the arrival of winter and the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the country, the distribution of humanitarian aid by aid organizations has increased.
