Afghan Voice Agency (AVNA) - Kabul: The incident took place at 8:20 am in Tagab district of Kapisa province, the Islamic Emirate police chief said in a statement.

Last night, residents of Herat reported a fire on the Herat-Karkh road.

The fire broke out in an oil tank in the Rah-e-Shidai police station and lasted for several hours, they said.
