Media Activists in Balkh Province: Israeli Regime Committed Genocide in Gaza Strip

On the anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, Sayed Mohammad Yazdanparast, a media activist in Balkh province, says the Israeli regime has committed genocide in the Gaza Strip after Operation Al-Aqsa Storm. He said that based on these crimes, the UN Human Rights Council has called for an arms embargo against the regime and many countries, except Western countries, have imposed sanctions and condemned Israel.


Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mazar-e-Sharif: Sayed Mohammad Yazdanparast, a media activist and social issues expert in Balkh province, in connection with the first anniversary of the attack of the Islamic Movement of Hamas and Islamic Jihad on the occupied territories against Israel under the name of "Al-Aqsa Storm" in an interview with a reporter AVA said that a year has passed since the world ignored the lives of civilians living in the Gaza Strip and that Israel's revenge on Hamas is unfair and against all international norms and laws.
 
He added that the Islamic Movement of Hamas launched a military operation against Israel in the occupied territories on the morning of October 7, 2023, killing 1,200 mainly military personnel and capturing 250 other Israelis, changing all equations.
 
Yazdanparast said Israel had committed genocide in the Gaza Strip after the Al-Aqsa Storm attack; The UN Human Rights Council has called for an arms embargo on Israel and many heads of state have condemned the regime.
 
He said Israel had bombed health centers, schools, mosques and residential buildings after the Al-Aqsa Storm attack and failure to fight Hamas, destroying more than 90 percent of the homes of Gaza Strip residents and even bombing the regime's water supply.
 
The media activist said that Israel has not only not stopped fighting against civilians, but has also expanded the scope of killing in southern Lebanon and turned these areas into ruins.
 
"According to official figures, Israel has killed 300 aid workers, 160 media workers and thousands of civilians in the past year, and recently 40 health centers and 97 Swiss citizens were destroyed and killed in Israeli attacks on Lebanon," he said. and restrictions on freedom of expression.
 
"55,000 civilians, 80 percent of whom are women and children, were martyred after the Al-Aqsa storm and widespread protests against Israel have taken place around the world," Yazdanparast said.
 
It is worth mentioning that simultaneously with the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa storm, residents of the northern provinces of the country have supported the oppressed Palestinian nation from building the symbol of the Al-Aqsa Mosque to Friday prayer sermons.
