WFP to Provide Job Opportunities in Zabul
The organization plans to provide job opportunities for thousands of unemployed youths in Zabul. The World Food Programme (WFP) said.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, 6,000 youths in Zabul will be assigned as labor force in development projects in that province, according to WFP.
 
A representative of the organization Hani Al-Hamsh, during his trip to Zabul said that the organization plans to provide job opportunities for 6,000 unemployed youth in Zabul.
 
He said that every local laborer will receive cash for working in development projects.
 
The World Food Organization has distributed food to laborers working in development projects in Afghanistan.
 
Hamsh in a meeting with the deputy governor of Zabul said that they have distributed food to thousands of needy families, adding that thousands of other families will be cover with humanitarian aid in the province.
 
The deputy governor of Zabul, asked the World Food Programme WFP to finance more development projects in addition to distributing food to the needy.
 
He mentioned the need to build dozens of development projects, including retaining walls to prevent possible floods and water supply networks to provide potable water to thousands of families in that province.
