Forced deportation of refugees/ Turkey deported more than a thousand Afghan refugees
The Turkish Immigration Department announced the deportation of 3,380 immigrants who are considered illegal by the Ankara government, and about half of these people are Afghan immigrants.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Immigration Department of the Ministry of Interior of Turkey announced the deportation of 3,380 migrants, who are considered illegal by the Ankara government.
 
According to the report of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Interior of Turkey, among these people, 1,492 are Afghan immigrants, 448 are Pakistani and the rest are from other nationalities whose names have not been mentioned.
 
These people were deported from Turkey between the second and eighth of this month.
 
The statement of this department also states that the number of illegal immigrants who have been deported from Turkey since the beginning of this year has reached 78,716 people.
 
According to the report of this Turkish immigration organization, since the beginning of this year, Ankara authorities have prevented 209,318 illegal immigrants from entering their country.
 
Meanwhile, Turkish officials have said that four million refugees, the majority of whom are from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and a number of other countries, are currently living in the country.
